Robert “Bob” E. Raesz, Jr. has been practicing law for over 37 years. Upon receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law, he served as an assistant district attorney in Bastrop County, Texas, from 1983 until 1985. He served as a judge in Bastrop Country, Texas, from 1985 until 1994. During the period he was a judge, Bob presided over and heard all family law cases in Bastrop County, as well as other areas of the law.
Bob has served as a member of the Texas Judicial Ethics Committee, on the Board of Directors for the Texas Center for the Judiciary, as the Vice President of the Texas County Court at Law Judges Association, and on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Child Support and Visitation. When Bob elected not to run as a judge again in 1994, he began practicing family law exclusively. He handles uncontested and contested divorce cases, child custody, child support, complex property division, modification, termination and adoption cases in central Texas.
Blake Raesz is an experienced attorney dedicated to family law. He discovered his passion for law early on, working as a file clerk as early as high school.
A Texas native, Blake completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Texas A&M in 2007. He later went on to earn his juris doctorate from the Texas Tech School of Law, earning membership in the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and the Order of the Coif before graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2014.
Blake was licensed by the State of Texas in November of 2014 and has since dedicated himself to family law, working solely in this practice. When he is not in the office, Blake enjoys spending time with family, camping and fishing.
Lisa K. Mitchener has been a family law paralegal for twenty-eight years. She has lived in the Austin area her entire life, and has decades of experience working with prominent attorneys in Travis and Williamson County. Lisa is dedicated to using her extensive experience in family law to address each case with professionalism and efficiency. When she is not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, including her three grandchildren and church community.
Lisa received her Board Certification for Family Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2001, and is an active member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists.
